Afro conTempo Dance Theater presents Alma en Boca La Historia del Afro-Peruano. The birth and transformation of the traditional Afro-Peruvian culture is interpreted through the fusion of Contemporary Dance and Afro-Peruvian folklore. Alma en Boca, an elaborated tale of re-invention, social structure, and cultural expression voices out through the rhythms of the Cajon, live singers, and a cast of 20 performers.
