Commercial ERM software has provided a container for holding various pieces of information related to eResources, but it has fallen short on providing a practical way to track eResource tasks and workflows. Kelly Smith and Laura Edwards (Eastern Kentucky University), Xan Arch ( Reed College), Ben Heet (Notre Dame), and Robert McDonald and Lori Duggan (Indiana University) present solutions they have implemented or are developing to address this problem.
