    I haven't made a comment here for some time. But I have been and AM enjoying a regular practice. And I do mean enjoying.
    I have found that 15 minutes every morning works for me. I combine it with some yoga sun salutations. After sitting still for 15 minutes, I am a little stiff and creaky - especially after just waking up too. So, my body actually craves the yoga after meditating.
    when you mentioned your rumpled appearance in this video, I just HAD to come see. ;-)
    good for you for letting you hair down, girlfriend!
