This is an excerpt from "Citizen Black", the 3rd of 4 documentaries I cut for my friends, Debbie Melnyk and Rick Caine.
While making the film Conrad Black's world imploded, however, he was still hopeful the charges against him would be withdrawn. It would still be another 2 years before he unsuccessfully defended himself in a US courtroom, and was subsequently sentenced and incarcerated.
UPDATE: July 21, 2010 Conrad free on bail
