The panel met Monday aboard New Jersey's official tall ship - the rehabilitated 1926 oyster schooner A.J. Meerwald - to discuss tourism opportunities presented by the ship and by her operators, the Bayshore Discovery Project, which seeks to motivate people to care for the environment, history and culture of the state's bayshore region through education, preservation and example.
