I was inspired by psonice's video sphere glsl deformation postings, and was trying to do this, and not getting good results.
Then, I kind of gave up on that and decided to do a different thing from scratch based on some CI chains that I have used in the past with kineme textures and accumulators ( vimeo.com/1727624 and vimeo.com/1727445 ), this time sans accumulator, because I remembered it having a similar look... but inside of a couple of render in images with some different masking setups. One of the render in image patches has feedback rendering enabled.
