Sopexa USA took 40 Executive Chefs and Food & Beverage Directors from Omni Hotels & Resorts on a culinary & enological journey through France. From Champagne to mustard from Dijon, from the chateaux in Bordeaux to the pastry shoppes in Paris, they encountered a feast of the senses - all in order to bring that "French Experience" to Omni Hotels across the U.S.A. from October to December 2011.
