In the third episode of China: Through My Eyes, Sofie and Ava head to a one of the many bakeries in Hong Kong for breakfast. Along with the delicious treats, they discover the different money used here.
Then the girls visit a jump rope competition and accept an invitation — from a coach named Monkey — to visit jump rope practice at a school, where Sofie, who is on a jump rope team back home, receives some one-on-one coaching in the fine art of skipping rope.
