This tutorial walks you through the entire process of calibrating a Mac laptop using the X-rite EyeOne Display 2 calibration system. This tutorial is intended for photographers seeking confidence in the accuracy of their screen. While this tutorial demonstrates the EyeOne system, most of the material covered will work with any Mac and with any calibrator.

David Meyer 4 months agoI have an old i1 Display that seems to be on the fritz. When I attempt to calibrate my MBP screen the software also goes through a contrast adjustment phase after the brightness adjustment. Did you cut that from your screencast or is simply not occurring? If the latter, I wonder if the old i! Display is not capable of calibrating the newer displays.
