This video was done for a competition called Gimme Truth that is a part of the True/False film festival (truefalse.org/) held in my hometown, Columbia, MO. True/False is an AWESOME documentary festival where the director and/or subject usually accompanies the film for a Q&A, etc.

For the Gimme Truth competition, Gary Oxenhandler (the main character) and his son Josh and I shot this over Thanksgiving break. The guidelines of the competition were to make a 2 minute film that depicts some kind of character or event. The story could be true or false. If the film is selected, a panel of judges in front of a live audience has to guess whether it is true or false. Points are given and whoever has the most wins the competition.

Winner or Luger was completed in February 2008.
