Wow this is a breadth of fresh air the internet and humanity needs this, I hope the architecture of your proposed system is such that the data fed into it is not owned and can not be owned by anyone in an effort to keep bias, angle and opinion totally out of it and let rise only to truth and facts, facts that only crowd sourcing can sort out of amongst too much mis-information that is out there today.
