30. Dewey Point, Yosemite 1/26/09

The 1st view is at Inspiration Point in Yosemite on the way up to Badger Pass.
We then cross country ski out to Dewey Point, a 8 mile round trip from Badger Pass ski area in Yosemite.
Dewey Point is this amazing rib that just out over Yosemite Valley and overs views of El Capitan, Yosemite Valley, Half Dome and the High Sierra.
The mountains are blanketed in fresh snow.

I have been skiing for over 40 years and have been to Dewey Point countless times. The snow conditions were perfect, fresh powder, so it was not to hard to hand hold while skiing.
