About Zori

"In the family Kovacevic, the tradition of tourism and catering began with an old family hotel “Overland” in Hvar, in the twenties of the last century. In the fifties, in order to continue such a tradition, Zorko and Rita Kovačević began with the opening of the tavern “Zori” on the Pakleni Islands, which was afterwards developed and enhanced by the new generation following the world trends and by 2006 we have reorganized the restaurant so that today we are offering a complete and full service for your holidays.

“Zori” is situated near the sea, in the bay Vinogradisce on the Island Saint Clement which is the core of the Pakleni Islands and which is placed in front of the city of Hvar, only five minutes walk from the ACI marine – Palmizana, and which became because of it's location as the paradise for sailors and, of course, for all of you who like to enjoy in the intact beauty of nature and crystal clear purity of our Adriatic sea.

During all these years, we have gained the trust of many guests and we are using this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of our heart and as well for the trust that they have shown to us. We are inviting you to come and personally assure yourselves in the quality of our offer At the end, we have to emphasize that beginning with this year we are open the whole year round.
