A short test film.

Needed to test out my new Rode Stereo Videomic, as well as a spur-of-the-moment non-35mm DOF "adapter" I put together.
Unfortunately the home brew DOF "adapter" didn't perform quite as well as I hoped (note: soft focus on shots beyond 4-5 feet from subject), but it did produce some other nice shots.

This is not a typical Valentine's Day story. I wanted to do a Valentine's Day theme, since it's right around the corner, but for the lesser told side of the equation.
The story is about a man who's wife left him on Valentine's Day.

I wasn't able to use my softbox because of a botched modification, but hopefully I will have that remedied soon, and my next test will have better lighting.

Note: once again, the Vimeo encode darkens the video quite a bit.
