On September 28, 2011, the two candidates vying for the Rivanna District seat on the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors participated in a candidate forum sponsored by Charlottesville Tomorrow and The Daily Progress. Ken Boyd (R) and Cynthia Neff (D) answered questions about land use, transportation, the Western Bypass of U.S. 29 and more in front of a crowd at Hollymead Elementary School.
