Peter Hristoff

SVA alumnus and faculty member Peter Hristoff (BFA 1981 Fine Arts) is a native of Turkey, a country that continues to inspire his work, from paintings and prints to patterned prayer rugs. He has exhibited in galleries across the U.S. and Turkey, including the Hagia Sophia Museum in Istanbul and the Leila Taghinia-Milani Heller Gallery in New York. Hristoff will discuss his work and a recent collaboration with a collective of rug weavers in Gullubahce, Turkey.
