The installation - screened on 4 52" plasma displays mixes up thousands of images from the history of Weimars experimental art factory. Driven by a soundtrack of Seltsam&Strahlers Marc Sauter, the images meet in a vertical way, overlaying and adding up to each other. They developp a relation and start to talk to the viewer, after a little while of watching. The images shown are not a movie or film. There is no cut or edit. They flow by like a slow river and the continuity is never interupted. The Videoinstallation was creted by Stefan Kraus / MXZEHN. The work was commissioned by the Project-and Design Workshop Gaswerk. Support came from the Bauhaus TransferzentrumDESIGN.
