Agree, that is a beautiful opening shot of the water. I like that low angle, and the purple color just to the right. What time of year were these shots taken? The meadow has a beautiful meandering river, great hike. I imagine it's a bit cold there now.

The opening shot was taken late September 08 while the other shots were mid summer.

What is interesting about the opening shot is that there is no sound! It is very hard to be at popular places like this and just capture the native sound as this spot is usually packed with folks.

There is also a road that runs past the lake and up the hillside in the background and when it is this quiet you can hear the car coming for miles. It is hard to several minutes of "Peace"
