The animation is terrific. What did you shoot this with?
  • Carrotkid 10 months ago
Thanks Yanni - I shot this a few years back using an early digital Sony SD camera.

Just curious as to how you shot this. Did you arrange it like a stop motion piece where you move a part of Kirby, shoot, then move again and shoot?

    Great vid!

how about the throwing of the items?
  • Carrotkid 10 months ago
Ummm, think I did rig removal for those shots wherein you suspend the items in the air with wires and then you matte out the wires in post.

Beautitul. Next chapter of your creativity! We are full of change and therefore we love to see the change, welcomed the change. Kirby kid. Carrot kid to Kirby kid.
I love the Kirby as who he is. Like you Paul. Also like us.
We are not far from each-other. We make mistakes and no one's are perfect. We are not same but we only are human. We are here for one another to learn to be there for each-other. Kirby kid start his life by you and he will remain under your freindship. We create to share who we are, what we are through life we create. I love Kerby kid already. He's so much like us and that make us close together by seeing no differents. Look around, there are nature and speak's to us in very gentle ways, Peacefully. Kirby kid also very peaceful.
Peaceful. His up to creativity by being curious and thinking, waiting. It will come to Kirby and it will happen. Meanwhile it was beautiful to see how he is as who he is.
Kirby will start speak very soon in his own way to our heart. Kirby kid is coming soon to your heart!!!
Thank you very much for sharing your creativity. Through Android and much more...
It's an appreciation for me to remember the caractor that you've create to lead us thinking and understand what to appreciate through your creation.
Thank you Carrotkid for your sharing and your Kirby kid to entertain us. You are an entertainer to amuse us with your remakable work!!!
    Have a wonderful day Paul.

Really cool. The mirror encounter at first made me think of my niece, who is two, who the other day seemed fascinated by the gap between her two hands in the mirror -- the space of the glass. I wonder about what she's thinking the way I wonder what Kirby is thinking. It's very cool that you can create a story with that kind of mystery, without it being at all heavy handed. Kudos.
