Last week in September 2011 we did our first Fusion workshop. Three days of packed information all about shooting videos with your DSLR and about taking photos on the fly. We had a blast with a small group of professional photographers coming from Bayreuth, Würzburg and Rosenheim as well as from Austria.
First day we taught everything you need to know for getting started and why a photographer should include Fusion to his portfolio and that it is not limited to a team of photographers but you can do it as a single shooter as well.Second day, after planning a concept, we went out to shoot footage with two wonderful, talented and very professionl models Hannah and Tim (again from PS-Models).
We had three teams and three concepts and everyone had fun learning and shooting video. The weather played with us again and the folks really got great footage to edit. That was content of the third day.
Video editing was almost new to all attendees so again every head was blown up in the evening with new things and new ideas. We are very looking forward to seeing final results from all the students.
To get some footage and photos to edit during the last day we also shot some stuff and put together a little fusion. Since we did not had a concept at all we just put together what came out during demos or what just was fun to shoot.
If you want to learn how to use a DSLR to shoot video, we are more than happy to help you. If you wanna join a Fusion Workshop, here is the next one! blog.carmenandingo.com/dreitagiger-fusion-workshop-munchen/
