I jumped out of the train between DC and NY just long enough to visit a beautiful little theater near historic Rittenhouse Square. It's needs a little love. Nothing a couple of million couldn't help. But in these days of poured concrete and steel the bricks and hemp are refreshing. The ghosts are happy here.
