This is the opening reception for "NEW WAVE ATLANTA - When Urban Intervention Speaks French," a community art project directed by Cathy Byrd from the Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design at Georgia State University. The reception kicks off the upcoming "D.I.Y. Tuesdays" series of events that will run throughout January and February of 2009.
