This is the fifth year of the annual Women Mean Business Conference and Awards event held in the Shelbourne Hotel on 26th September 2011. The theme of this year's event is 'Success is what you make it'. The guest speakers were Maureen Gaffney and Dragon's Den star, Hilary Devey.
