Five Holland City Council members voted June 15, 2011 to exclude LGBT residents and workers from basic civil liberties protections.

We remain hopeful they might consider the other viewpoint - the idea that vulnerable minorities need protections from the majority, and lawmakers are elected to protect city residents and workers. They are good people and we believe they can see how important this is.
