He enumerates seven 'tools' which promote the building of Sangha: taking responsibility for one's own actions, being objective, ways of communicating criticism, confession, forgiveness, rejoicing in merits, giving thanks.
He also speaks about shame, respect for wise opinion, and 'the morality of the private moment'.
