The sound is mixed strange. At least in stereo you have very dramatic phase problems so that the sound comes from behind where it shouldn't. Did you mix in Surround and bounced to stereo? Did you use Logic maybe with the option to convert to Dolbydigital after bouncing?
If so, you should try and mix different in surround. Do not pan around the listeners head so much - the rear channels are mostly used for special effects. For in-car recordings it is quite cool to actually recreate the sound in surround with full rear channel but outside shots should maintain the right audio proportions. Otherwise it sounds strange and people will judge the video wrong - what theyshouldn't as it is very very good! :)
