In this tutorial I show how to change the Time Signature in a Logic project.
If you don't see the time signature in your transport bar, you can right click the bar and choose to "customize" it. A sheet drops down showing you lots of checkboxes for various buttons you can enable/disable. Ensure that the one for Signature/Division is checked.
