I shot this a while back now (over a year ago). Shot with a Canon XL-H1 and Tram mics. As you'll see from then ending comment, it was designed to be for a web site with navigation buttons above the host's head.

Walt shot his hosting segment by himself on a Canon XH-A1 and gave me the footage. I put that into After Effects, masked it and did the virtual camera moves in there. All was edited in Sony Vegas 7. The audio drifted a bit as some point, so I'll have to go back in and re-edit that. I'm not sure what happened there. Wish I'd noticed earlier.
