I noticed near the end of the clip it goes out of sync. I never captured the whole project as full 1080i as i think my machine could possibly melt but i noticed that now the 1080i input is offloaded onto the card that my boinx is around 50-60% which is great. i just need to fine tune somethings. I was also encoding a bunch of stuff to iphone format at the same time so i think a clean boot and nothing else running will make a different - either that or i'll use a different codec.
Time to raid my disks and invest in some nice 2tb new green sata drives.
