I critique TWO images today because mostly I just crop them and add one or two touches to show you don't have to do a lot of fancy stuff to improve an image.

Michael Heinz 10 months agoOkay, I have a question about cropping - you're cropping your images to arbitrary sizes; but how do you reconcile that with the fact that prints and frames and such come in standard sizes - either a 2x3 ratio or a 4x5 ratio? -
Scott Bourne 10 months ago@Michael I ignore the standard sizes. I mat to the custom size and then install in a standard frame one size up. Saves money - looks cool and allows the photo to be more important than the ^$&*# piece of wood that surrounds it.
