Black Bean Burgers

1 can of black beans
¾ cup of oats
1-2 eggs
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion, diced
½ cup carrot, shredded
1 pepper, diced
salt and pepper

Take half of the beans and mash them into a paste, then add the other half. Add the rest of the ingredients. Form patties and cook over an outdoor grill. Another option is to cook the black bean burgers in a frying pan.
