It is a real-time LUNAR MOBILE HD 1920 x 1080 broadcast television station
This vehicle is remotely controlled by an earth bound director or a Lunar surface crew of 1. It provides a full 360 degree view of the lunar surface to ground control and command central In addition to the full 360 degree view the vehicle can film itself.

Ground control will have real time visual feed back of bi ocular vision of the vehicles path.. The vehicle will move freely around on the lunar surface recording and broadcasting back to earth HD footage

This machine had been conceived by Doug Elliot and myself Mr. Mike Herzog to compete in the Google X Prize

We have meet and exceeded their proposed outline for the Lunar Vehicle
