Instant music video in 5 hours including recording, video shoot, editing, converting and posting using mostly common consumer stuff (see note below) and a good friend just happen to be visiting.

Shot video footage in 1 hour.
Transferred video to mac in 1 hour.
Edited in 1 hour.
Converted and upload for Vimeo in 1 hour.

All this and had fun!!!!!!!!

Note:

Well ok, the recording was done using pro tools on a power mac using a vintage akg c12 microphone. Video was done with a 35mm adapter. Editing was done on a macbook pro using final cut pro. Conversion was done using compressor.

Still I'm just a regular dad, playing with gadgets. No planning was done with the shoot. Just having fun! It is really hard to manually focus under direct sun with the little canon hv20 lcd. 8-(.
