Tragedy struck in the Grochowski home in Aldergrove, B.C. as 18-year-old David Grochowski was killed in a car accident on an October 2007 morning. The family owned a home that needed a lot of repair, but the accident put the family into a tailspin and working on the house was the furthest thing from their minds.
