Beats for Boards is collaboration between two Rochester subcultures:
The underground/indy hip hop scene and the local underground skatescene.

This event, as well as the first one, is being brought to you by Tim Tones and the Krudco Skateshop, as well as a slew of other sponsors.

The purpose is to generate enough cash to build a cement skatepark in downtown Rochester, hopefully one underneath the new 490 bridge!
