In a world that is increasingly super tight and super busy, how do we not exclude the youth to be fully fledge citizen of the working world? In particular, how do we enable them to be in the career their degrees have trained or is training them to be? In UK, a high percentage of the population are reaching retirement age or are at retirement. There is also high unemployment of highly skilled people. Exclusion is even worst for the disabled and others under the Discriminatory Act. We propose our Seb Tv to be developed to be an online platform where the retired, the unemployed, disabled can be trained to be mentors in enabling youth to have online work experience- especially working personal development for different jobs. Likewise piecemeal assignment of work. The rewards for the youth, the unemployed and the retired includes merit awards, freebies from unused resources, goods, services or their sales. With enough organisations joining in these goodies can sustain- all members- the contributing organisations included. The economic downturn may squash the cashflow but it cannot squash the spirit of giving. After all, if tomorrow, cash were to be rendered totally worthless, there would still be a need for goods and services- fashionable or not, in production or not in production. Eco friendliness would then be naturally your motto as well as our motto. Help Seb Tv be that online social fabric which will hold such a society once again- a society which is naturally '1-big-society', '1-extended-family' where youth will naturally imitate such nurturing - instead of self-destruct or destroy the society or the people, the business, the schools and neighbourhood they are supposed to call home. In a super busy and in a super tight world, let us at least begin by providing an online home, a home that is only a click away. Let it be you, they and Seb Tv!
