I prefer the performance of this beautiful piece of music in the test footage. All the workings of the bins got jammed up with snow when I was outside, and you couldn't hear the sound as well over the wind.

I also prefer the look of the trolley I was using, but for some reason my parents wouldn't let me take their antique furniture up a field in the snow. They make me so mad! ;)

Are those little garbage cans, or tins to keep sugar, flour, tea etc. in?
  • Si plus 1 year ago
Little garbage cans, although I would call them "rubbish bins" because I'm from the Queen's Great Britain.

There's one by each toilet in the house. I found out they're for empty loo rolls, but I've been doing poos in them and I'm not going to change that habit just because of stupid "hygiene".

I wonder if there's a way to tune those rubbish bins. That would be so cool. Maybe different sized bins?

Is that a version of the Bob the Builder song,
    with additional "hey"s ?

Ohhh, I laughed so hard - hard like a rock!

I like how you stopped saying 'hey' half way though because you must have been getting brain damage and you couldn't coordinate your thoughts anymore, ohhh how funny.

some say genius is playful almost childlike perspective on the complex, others have suggested that a childlike/playful perspective demonstrable in an adult is in fact the mark of a cretin or imbecile...

I believe however Si, that you're well ahead of your time.. brilliant stuff, just brilliant, keep up the great work, I salute you! #sighs in admiration#

Oh, yes, can i echo the sentiment Emily has made regards not injuring yourself (if at all possible) during your magnificent performances. You are to be likened to a rare Ming dynasty vase, we can not afford to loose you, particularly as you have so much more to give us, perhaps a bicycle helmet? it might add to the percussion amplification also??
  • Si plus 11 months ago
Haha! Thanks for your words Schadenfreude. I'm flattered by the genius remark, but I'm sure I rest heavily in the imbecile camp! Prat Camp, if you will. The bins didn't hurt actually, it's like hitting yourself on the head with a metal tray - all bark no bite.
