Eh, eh, ehhhh. This apartment just didn't do it for me. The location wasn't fantastic (West 63rd & West End), I abhor parquet floors (UGHHH), I dislike strongly subway tiling, and the building felt like the Holiday Inn. Just a big yuck. For $2100!
I felt badly when I was filming it because I wanted to say what I really thought ("the kitchen is hideous!!") but the owners were there. So I couldn't.

sigh. Good apartments are hard to find. It's terrible in San Francisco, I can only imagine in New York City.
