On February 2, 2009, Thomas J. DiLorenzo gave a talk entitled "The Founding Father of Economic Statism."

The Economic Liberty Lecture Series is co-sponsored by The Future of Freedom Foundation and the George Mason University Economics Society. Its purpose is to advance the ideas of economic freedom and individual liberty, and to stress how these two ideas are inextricably linked.
