    Just took a photo of the window of each floor of this building and put them into a video timeline. I'd like to try a much taller building if possible.

    Depending on the editing program you're using (I use Premiere), you usually set what size you want in the project settings. I took the photos vertically so I decided to make my video vertical. It's neat that Vimeo's player will size to the video.
