Now in its 4th year, the Winter Training Program by Cycling Fusion is gaining fans from coast to coast. This 3 to 4 hour long training session is attended by individuals at home, and indoor cycling studios and "big box gyms" from across the country every week starting the first Saturday after the new years, for 12 straight weeks. Studios and health clubs use projectors and 10 foot screens to deliver this program in simulcast fashion to their members focused on improving their outdoor riding through a periodized, structured and variety filled training program. Each week starts with a lecture, then moves to on-bike time (which graduates from 1 hour to 2 by the end of the program) and tops off with an hour of cross training. This transforms every rider from first timer to veteran amateur racing cyclist.
