teameffort.org In the town of Altoona and the surrounding areas in the Appalachian Mountains, mission trips allow youth to serve families and ministries in need through hands-on projects. These projects include painting, home repair, roofing and building wheelchair ramps. Local churches and missions will also be served during this mission trip as groups lend a hand to help maintain and improve their facilities, and show the love of Christ throughout an area in need.
