I'm not trying to be creative or anything... I filmed this while we were leaving Portland to Maui and I was listening to this song on my ipod while we took off... So I put them together because it is a perfect recreation of my memory.

    I love that you can hear the low hum of the plane with the music, just as you would if you were there.

    I'm also digging the props to the Wright brothers. Haha.

    Dude that was last minute addition... I turned it on just to see if I liked it and I did so I kept it. It fades out after a while though. I'm glad it didn't go to waste.

    That's pretty tight. I love the idea of recreating memories. And I love how no matter how dark the clouds are, there's always blue skies above them. Like literally, not like some metaphor or anything

    my fav part is near the end there when you go through the clouds and can see more clouds beneath you and then the ground. such a good view!! i wish i was there with my camera. talk about photo op

    cool. ever notice how hard it is to find a seat on a plane where the wing wont be in your shot? i guess you have to go all the way to the back or something.

    My friend Laura had this idea of bottling up memories so that you could open them anytime and relive them later during your lifetime. This reminded me of a memory you would bottle up and save forever and ever.

    Amazing!!! I love the connection. Great Imagery. I tried taking out my canon on a plane and I got this stare from the (flight attendant/stewardess/lady in the sky w/ the peanuts) that made the lens on my camera retract.

    I try to take these vids as much as possible...there's just something so cool about taking off and landing, especially through the tiny windows.
