(Part 1) - Glitter tutorial
(Part 2) - Decorating tutorial

All you need:
Boots
Spray Adhesive
Glitter
Rhinestones / gems / feathers / sequins / beads
Newspaper
Masking Tape

1. Tape the sole and zipper (what ever else is necessary)!
2. Spray the adhesive in a section at a time (read instructions for best use)
3. Sprinkle the glitter (don't be shy)
4. Continue steps 2-3, until you've applied glitter to your entire boot.
5. Then get what ever you like to decorate: rhinestones, gems, feathers, sequins, beads.

*If you use spray paint, follow the same directions!
