In Culture of One we investigated the concept of emergence in narrative using video. We worked as three, a philosopher, a painter and a designer. The video documents we produced during this series of experiments were representative of a kind of projector screen for narrative intepretation. We unintetionally began shooting similarly themed footage and a collective mind began to form. The final product was both a codified method for generating story and a group-directed cutup movie produced according to this method.
