CHALLENGE /

The first in a series of animated films produced by the talented ilovedust, this one depicting the power of Wind and how GE intends to harness it for our electrical pleasure.

SOLUTION /

The music took a contemporary approach to classical Chinese instrumentation. The arrangement reacts to the highs and lows of the story, adding drama and intensity to key moments and a marked evolution occurs as the time period moves from the past to the present. SFX take on the illustration of the wind and using our own original recordings we created predominantly tonal elements in order to avoid saturating the mix with the inherent white noise of the wind and sea.
