The highlight of our Alto video the other day (at least for my money) was not any of its food-porn aspects, nor even the behind-the-scenes view it provided of the restaurant’s kitchen. The most interesting thing to me was sitting back and listing to Mike White and Gordon Finn talk though the dish they wanted to create.
