This is Trent's first CrossFit workout ever. This was before he was coached through the form and range of motion that we are looking for with these movements. He felt the consequences the next day with sore elbows and shoulders. Since this first day (sans coach), Trent has pursued nothing but perfection with all the CrossFit movements. None the less, this video stands as a seminal moment of change in the way Trent approaches the gym, and we celebrate this workout as such!
