This week, we're finishing up our tour of Colorado that we did during GABF, with a stop at the Crooked Stave Artisanal Beer Project, and some brett beers with Chad Yakobson.
Chad, aside from being an amazing new "sour" beer producer, is also an expert in Brettanomyces, and brett fermentation. He is also, with Crooked Stave, changing the way that we look at Brett beer creation.
We enjoy some Wild Wild Brett Orange, and a couple of "in process" beers straight from the barrel, which were delicious!
