    Sweet place - I think I would be happy there, too. It's sort of an art overload right now, but the decoration is otherwise nice. Are you definitely buying it?

    The seller owns a gallery, which explains all of the art. We have agreed on a price and will go to contract in the next few days. Unless something crazy happens, I am definitely buying it.

    its funny, vimeo is kind of a great place to host the "i am hunting for apartments" videos. feedback from your friends is kind of a must, and this is a convenient way to do it.
